Hello there!
I’m finally back from a month out of the country and hardly any access or time to check mail let alone blog!
I have done some work in my house since I’ve been back so my kitchen has had some slight changes made too. As you can see from my previous post, I have no real stove and oven yet, but I have now set up a temporary solution to the problem: a camping stove!
It’s a small two plate gas stove which is really enough for most meals. I have the GPL bottle below the table and the stove-top-thingy on the counter-top!

I have not been very active on this blog for a while since I went back to studying this year and have not been cooking much, instead I’ve been eating with my parents.
I intend to start posting again in the next few weeks, it will start slowly as I still don’t have a stove and oven of my own in this house and we take turns to cook at my mom’s place. I am however also going away for 4 weeks in July and I don’t think I’ll be able to post anything at all. Until then, there will be the occasional post, but I cannot guarantee anything regularly.
Please have a look at my other pages and subscribe to this blog’s RSS feed so you will be updated the moment I post anything new! Thanks for stopping by

I found another great competition at WP Theme Designer. There are 30 premium WordPress themes to be won!!
The winner is chosen on a point basis, so it’s totally fair. Whoever earns the most points gets to be first at choosing the layout they want, then the second, and so on - in total 30 people will win a premium layout!! I’d really like to be one of them! How about you?

I thought I’d be done by now, but it has taken longer than I imagined.
I have finally finished my studies though, so I do have more time on my hands and am frantically working on my blogs - the behind the scenes part of it anyway.
My flickr album is still a mess since I had stupidly made all my photos private one day and now all the links are messed up, even though I made them public right after I realised what I had done. Now I have over 300 photos to sort through and re-link! So I learn…
Let’s hope I can make good progress this week. I’d like to get back to blogging instead of fixing photos and code!
Thanks once again for your patience as I stumble my way through the confusion of owning my own domain for the first time.
It’s much appreciated.

Last night I made a tasty vegetable sauce on pasta. Not your usual peas, beans and carrots, but this pasta dish has a sauce full of zucchini, peppers, and aubergines. It’s colorful and packed with flavor, everybody loved it!
