I’ve decided to try this menu planning business. Maybe my life will be a bit more organized and my recipe posts more frequent. This is not only good for my subscribers, who I thank greatly for their interest and patience with my sporadic posting, but also for myself since I’m a terrible procrastinator and need a bit of order! ^_^”
Here’s this week’s menu plan:
Monday: Pasta al Tonno with capers and black olives
Tuesday: Chicken Curry on Rice
Wednesday: Vegetable soup, with toast and some form of protein for seconds (eggs, sausages, or cheeses)
Thursday: Pasta alle Melanzane, this is pasta with an eggplant/aubergine sauce, check back for the recipe!
Friday: Fish and spicy potatoes/chili garlic chips with a salad on the side
Weekend: On weekends somebody else cooks or we have visitors or we go out, so I won’t plan for those
Possible Weekend Meal: Beef stew on yellow rice with raisins in
